Google Adsense Decoded shows you techniques!

Techniques he will mention will be things like blending the "look" of your ads into the on the whole design of the page are general knowledge, but Adsense Decoded shows you techniques that have been tested to destruction by the author to make huge earnings. To maximize your potential with AdSense, it is important that your site content is accessible to our content crawler.

Many argue Google already dominates the web, why should it not be the one to handle these CPA transactions through its Adsense program. Learning from the "legend", they really treat their AdSense business as a REAL business empire. Placing the Google adsense ad in the right spot of the page is important to how much money you will make. Contextual advertising the big come-back of PPC came when Google launched AdSense in 2003, the birth of contextual Advertising. Choose your most excellent Ads colors: Adsense gives a panel control to change text colors, border colors and environment colors. The time you get this far, you are making money from Adsense, writing articles, creating joint ventures etc. Pay Pal), Text Link Ads (sold for a fixed amount per month), Chitika eMinimalls ads (pay per click), affiliate programs like Amazon, Advertising sold to individual advertisers (three-month campaigns or longer)"A number of factors come into play when AdSense tries to determine what the page is about: The URL of the page, the page title, the anchor text of links, the keywords that appear most frequently within the page, search engine queries that lead to the page or to another page that links to the page".

Unless you have a decent amount of quality content your blog will appear to be a sleazy MFA site (www.adsense-income-exposed.com) which will have a negative effect on traffic. Things like being able to have an opt-in box, auto responder set up on the back end, RSS feeds, daily new and fresh content that you write, You Tube like videos that are related to the subject matter, AdSense towers, membership capabilities, picture galleries and a whole host of other tricks and tactics. Now have software that will shell out a fully-fledged website in half an hour (and people expecting to bring online at least 5 of these a week), packages of ready-written Private Label Rights articles, membership sites where for a monthly fee you can get PLR packages on any topic that ranks high in keyword analyses, or ready-made content-rich sites already fitted out with Google Adsense codes.

Google's Adsense program is very user friendly. The number one reason Google's AdSense program has far outweighed Yahoo's Publisher Network is because they've been able to spread out as far and wide as possible in as little time as possible. Post product reviews with your affiliate links, banners, Google AdSense and everything else that you would use your website for. You will also come across Google AdWords, when visiting one of the thousands of Google's webmaster partners, who host AdWords on their web sites, under AdWords sister program, AdSense. Go to www.guardadsense.com, this topic area is cautiously selected in order produce maximum value from every eventual Adsense click. My download page listed all the items I was giving away with quick download links, but also included affiliate links and Adsense ads. Immediately I see potential for products such as:- An e-book about headache remedies- An article about headache remedies (Easy Adsense Revenue)- forum, newsletter subscription (Easy Adsense Revenue)- An intro page to an affiliate program. All this has been done, all that's desirable is to maintain a stream of content running into the site and put AdSense or affiliate programs on it, and the money should cumulatively start rolling in. Go to Modules, Site Modules and click on the SW Adsense link. However, YPN requires a little more maintenance than AdSense for one very daunting cause. Try to experiment with the background color, font and text colors to achieve the desired click-through campaign and, hence, maximizing your adsense income.

AdSense: Do Not Make This Huge Mistake

One HUGE mistake you can make with your AdSense website is allowing the search engines to see it before it has much content. Too often beginners will jump the gun in this area and begin submitting the site to directories before it is nearly ready.

You must insure that the search engines have a great "first impression" of the site. Make sure it is complete, or nearly so, before inviting them to have a look. Broken links and pages with little content will force them to consider a site unworthy of ranking well. Your desire is for them to be impressed with what they see with their first visit. Oftentimes, if that first visit is not impressive, the search engine will almost quite literally put the site on the back shelf for a while. It may be sometime before the search engine even returns for a second look. Do not let that happen to your site!

Showing a new site to the search engines which has clean code, an easy-to-follow linking structure, and LOADS of great, original content offers the best chance of having the site rank well. Of course there are no guarantees. However, there is no reason to sabotage any chance the site has by promoting it too soon.

While I am on that topic, submitting a new site to a dozen or so good directories is mandatory. As you probably already know, submitting directly to the search engines does no good. It is imperative the engines find the site's link on other sites...the more the better so long as the linking sites are of high quality.

There are services which will submit new sites to good directories for a fee. Otherwise, simply find directories by doing searches on your own in Google. If the home page of the directory has page rank at all, then that directory has some respect by Google and would be good to submit to. Be aware that although the home page there may have page rank, the page your link appears on after submission may have no page rank; that is fine if that is the case. It is common for internal pages to lack page rank for a while when they are part of a very large site.

Buying links on private websites is not suggested for this process. Most sites which sell links include a no follow tag on the link. This tag basically tells the search engines that the sending page is not vouching in anyway for the link. This type of link does your site no good. Additionally, NEVER participate in those offers which promise to generate hundreds or even thousands of incoming links to your site. This is considered spamming by the search engines. You do not want your site associated with such things.

Gaining attention and relevance in the past often involved what is called reciprocal linking. Now days, search engines are wise to this and understand that sites were swapping links with each other regardless of any benefit each of the sites' visitors received from the link. Basically, the search engines realized that the reciprocal linking strategies were simply a way to "game the system" to obtain better rankings. Little can be gained now days by trading links with other sites.

A new site needs some quality, one-way links in order to build credibility. Since many of the better directories are human moderated, they never allow spam type sites in their listings. Since the search engines have been trained to expect that only good quality sites are linked to by those directories, being included in that list gives your site some instant creditability.

Most directories do not charge for inclusion. However, some with higher page ranks do. It is fine to pay for this type of inclusion as it involves human moderation and will insure an inclusion in a good directory.

In closing, follow the steps involved in creating a quality site which includes plenty of content and then spend the time required to gather as many incoming links from directories as possible. Once your site is ranking well in the search engines, other sites will find it and some will naturally link to it as well.

SEO- How to Spy on Your Competition (part 1)

To properly determine how achievable you're keyphrases are you really have to research the competition. To reach number one spot on Google you will need to know what has to be done to beat the current holder of position one. This can be determined on a lot of factors and determining exactly what has to be done to beat them can be difficult. So where to you start? What things do you need to look out for and how do I find out the information I need? Below I will try to answer a few of these questions that will help you get on the right track for that number one spot on Google.

Back links

Back links can be a good indication how strong a website is, although it's the quality of links and not the quantity that is important. Also it will also depends on how many back links it has with anchor text for a specific keyphrase.

To determine how many back links a website has the best way that you can get an idea of this is to visit Yahoo. Once there type in the search bar: link: www.your competitiondomain.com Google isn't a good option here as Google will only tell you a percentage of the links a website has. This will now return the number of links that Yahoo has found that point to this website.

This is by no means exact, however will give you a good indication of the number of back links a website has. You will also notice that this will return the websites own pages so this has to be taken in to consideration. If you want to see the results without their own pages then type this into the address bar linkdomain: example.com -domain: example.com.

In anchor

Now to determine how many back links they have with your particular keyphrase that are contained in the anchor text. This means the clickable part of the link on the website that point to your competitor's domain. This is important to determining how strong they are for a particular keyphrase.

To research this you now have to visit Google and perform this query: allinanchor: your keyphrase here. This will return a list of the website that have the most anchor text links containing your keyphrase. This however this won't tell how many links they have but can give you an idea. There is however a way to better analysis this data but this needs an article of its own to explain.

If your looking for an SEO UK company to do all this for you and much more for your website design I would recommend these guys.

These things above are not by any means exact and there are a lot other factors that can affect your listings, however this will give you a good idea and get you started. More on this soon.

How much can you make running Google AdSense profitable?

AdSense may be one of the fastest and easiest ways to monetize traffic to your web site whether you have products or services for sale or you simply provide free content to your visitors. Simply stated, Google AdSense enables website operators to place some code on their site that connects to Google's ad server content database and pulls keyword-relevant advertising onto the web pages. The webmaster gets paid a percentage of the fee that Google receives from the advertiser every time a visitor clicks on an ad. There is no charge for the webmaster to participate in AdSense. All costs are covered by the advertiser who participates in the AdSense sister program called AdWords. Google sends out digital robots which use proprietary algorithms to parse the host web page and analyze the content in an effort to determine what keywords are relevant. It reports its findings back to Google ad server which then serves ads matching those keywords. Given that the entire process is automated, the ad robots do a pretty good job of getting the advertising content right most of the time. The History of Google AdSense Google AdSense has its roots in the old Google Content-Targeted Advertising program which they introduced back in March of 2003. Although this program was similar in concept to AdSense, there was no automated way of participating. Each webmaster negotiated a deal directly with Google, and websites that served less than 20 million page views per month were not welcome to participate.

As Google grew, they began to see how much money they were leaving on the table by excluding the smaller sites, which greatly outnumbered the sites serving over 20 million hits that were willing to serve other peoples ads. Their answer to that problem was AdSense which has no minimum traffic requirements and is open to all sites meeting Googles content and decency requirements. Make a visit to Google AdSense Site and sign up. Make sure that you read their Acceptable Use Policy and that you follow their content requirements. Google have own AdSense Police who will have no problem booting you out of the program if you fail to walk the line.

How much can you make running Google AdSense?

The answer to that question depends upon three factors:

1. How much traffic your site draws

2.How many visitors click on your ads

3.How much those ads pay per generated click With some ads paying as much as $5 or more, it is possible that you can generate a serious income with AdSense.

There are relatively well documented cases of some people earning as much as $500 per DAY and more. Numbers like that are rare exceptions however. Even so, there is no reason why you can earn somewhere around $1,000 per month, or more, once you get the hang of it. Using Google AdSense on your site is like collecting free money. There no reason not to do it and potentially thousands of dollars worth of reasons to do it. Make Money With AdSense - How to Maximize Your Profit Adsense Secret Revealed

If you want to make money with AdSense, you need to do everything possible to make the most of your profit opportunities. Here some specific Adsense Secret tips to increase your profit.
There are many legitimate ways that you can make money with AdSense. It is important that you comply with all the rules and policies set out by Google AdSense administration. If you don't follow the rules, Google can refuse to allow AdSense ads on your web site or blog. On the other hand, using Google AdSense can allow you to earn a tidy passive income from your web site. You can learn about some of the Adsense secret factors that help to make an AdSense ad profitable by reviewing one of the excellent tutorials or e-books that are available on the subject of AdSense income.

Ad Size
The ads that allow you to make money with AdSense come in many different sizes. They are usually expressed in pixels. They are given titles such as a half banner, wide skyscraper, small square and large rectangle among others. The ad should be of a size that will not overpower the content on the web site. It should not be placed on an otherwise blank page, since that is less likely to result in clicks onto the ad. There is nothing other than the ad to pull the visitor onto the site. It is much better to use a small ad with plenty of surrounding content to bring visitors to the web site.

Ad Color
The ad color is another adsense secret factor that helps you to make money with AdSense. The ad should be prepared in colors that blend with the colors already on your web page. The most effective AdSense Ad will be placed on a white or light background rather than on a dark background. Depending upon the product or service that you are selling, the color choice can make a huge difference in the volume of interest and revenue received from the web site.

Ad Location
Generally, the information or ads on the upper left side of the web page are those that are most prominent to the eye of the web page visitor. Keep this in mind when you are designing your web page and deciding on the placement of the AdSense ad. If you make certain that the visitor doesn't have to scroll down the page in order to see the AdSense ad, you will increase your sales significantly with this adsense secret. The content on your web page is what the visitor to your site should see first, but it is also helpful to have the ad easily visible to the visitor.

Ad Blocks
Here is another adsense secret. If you want to avoid placing AdSense ads promoting a competitor's site on your web page, you can take advantage of the ability to block ads by use of the Competitive Ad Filter feature. You will need to know the URL associated with the site you are attempting to block. You can make money with AdSense by taking advantage of the tools and filters that are available to you as a web site owner. This keeps you in compliance with the rules and regulations and ads to your revenue level.

Google Devaluing Sitewide Links - Google Adsense

I was doing some SEO research for a new client's website and I was looking into evidence for the devaluation of sitewide links. A sitewide link is a link on every page of a single website. In the past sidewide links were great for SEO, still are, but they are becoming less effective on Google. Matt particularly comments on google's devaulaing of sitewide links in a few posts. From my experience, on older sites if you have a large amount of other links, and you get say a link on 50% of pages on another websites Google will count them all as links and this will be a bit more valuable then say a single link, but for a new website, avoid sitewide links on Google. If you go from having a few links to having a bunch of links all from one website it's appears that Google will completely devalue those links because they appear to have been paid for and one of Google's current crusades is to cut down the power of paid links.

Currently buying and selling links on the "black market" is one of the major and very important tactics of modern SEO. You build a good site, optimize for the search engines, be creative, try to get as many links as possible and then buy the rest to give you that "push" above the competition. Although Matt talks about how they won't help you, I believe a lot of this is wishful thinking, or a prediction of the near future. Currently as long as the advertiser doesn't label your link with a title link "advertisement, sponsor, link partner" etc, the link will still count, especially if they include it in the body of their content with normal anchor text. Of course you'd better be ready to pay a pretty price for that service, because they'll actually be sending you some of their traffic and promoting your product as opposed to just providing a link for SEO.

One interesting thing to note from Matt Cutts. He rementions the rel="no" tag. Again for reference this is the tag that you can add to your links to have them not pass on pagerank. Now youre first question may be "why would anyone want to stop a linking from passing pagerank of relevancy".

There are a bunch of creative answers for that one, but at the basic level this was designed for bloggers who could reduce the power of links contained within blog comments in order to discourage comment spammers. Matt cutts recommends adding rel="no" to any links you sell. Now if I was going to sell a link to a poker site or a bad neighborhood. This might be a good idea as to not hurt my relevancy in google, but if a website had a similar topic, and was very legitmate, I'll get a lot more money and they'll get a lot more benefit from a regular intact link, and if I hide it correctly, google will never be able to tell It was paid for it. Especially if for an additional fee orcourse, I added a page to my blog or to my site describing what the other website was and why I was linking to them, but that's all hypothetical.

Right now adsense is my only way to monetize this website and it isn't paying too well, but then again I just launched this redesign and with some hard work I should be able to dramatically increase my traffic levels, hopefully enough to earn a nice monthly check from Google.
